Who we are
spareachair is operated by [Legal entity name and legal form], [Registered address], registered under number [Company registration number and register] in [EU country of establishment].
Single point of contact (Digital Services Act)
Our single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act — for Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and for users of the Service — is:
- Email: [DSA single point of contact email address]
- Languages: English and [Official EU language of the country of establishment]
Your message will be read and answered by a person, not only by an automated system. Orders from authorities should also be sent to this address.
Report illegal content
If you are a user, the fastest way is to use Report in the app, which is available on every screen.
Anyone — with or without an account — can also notify us of content they consider illegal by emailing [DSA single point of contact email address]. To help us act quickly, please include:
- Why you believe the content is illegal — a sufficiently substantiated explanation, and the law concerned if you know it.
- Where it is — as precisely as possible, for example the display name of the person, the Evening and table, the date and time, and the text of the message.
- Your name and email address — unless the notice concerns child sexual abuse material, which you may report anonymously.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information and allegations in your notice are accurate and complete.
We will confirm that we have received your notice, review it diligently, objectively and in a timely manner, and tell you our decision and how you can seek redress. If we act against the content or the account, the person concerned receives a statement of reasons.
To report content that breaks our Community Guidelines but may not be illegal, please use Report in the app.
If someone is in immediate danger, call the emergency number 112.
Appeals and complaints about our decisions
To challenge a moderation decision, or our decision on something you reported, write to appeals@spareachair.com within six months of the decision, or reply to the statement-of-reasons email. See Complaints and appeals.
You may also complain to the Digital Services Coordinator, [Digital Services Coordinator of the country of establishment], or to the Digital Services Coordinator of the EU country where you live.
Privacy requests
To access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, email privacy@spareachair.com. Many of these can also be done directly in the app’s settings. See the Privacy Policy.
