For help with your account, signing in, identity verification or anything else in the app, email our support team. A person reads every message. Please write from the email address you use for spareachair.
If someone is in danger
Call the emergency number 112 first. Then report the person in the app so we can act.
Safety and reporting
In the app, Report and Block are one tap away at every table, in direct messages, in calls and on profiles. The Safety centre (Profile → Safety centre) explains what happens after you report.
Appeals
To challenge a moderation decision, reply to the decision email or write to our appeals address within six months of the decision.
Your data
You can download your data or delete your account in the app (Profile → Privacy & data). For any other privacy request, email us.
